The NEW YORK STATE ASSOCIATION FOR CARDIAC & PULMONARY REHABILITATION recognizes that Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation is an integral component of Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, and Rehabilitation Medicine and includes Physicians and Allied Health Professionals dedicated to the improvement of clinical practice, promotion of scientific inquiry and the advancement of education for all health care deliverers and the general public.
